Nominate the trailblazers who have left an indelible mark on the world of recreation and parks! The KRPA Hall of Fame, an esteemed honor bestowed upon distinguished individuals, welcomes nominations from the KRPA general membership. Hall of Fame selections are made by the KRPA Executive Committee.

Application Deadline is October 11, 2024

Requirements:

• A parks and recreation professional who committed a lengthy time of service to the field of parks and recreation in Kansas.
• Must be retired from the profession at least (2) years.
• Candidates must be a past member of KRPA.
• Professional nominees are preferred to have had professional certification but not required.

Application Process:

• Application open - August 2024
• Application deadline - October 11, 2024
• Winner notified - November 2024
• Award Presented at KRPA Conference, January 28 2025
