Professional Development Committee

The KRPA Professional Development Committee plays an important role in helping plan and coordinate Tomorrow's Leaders and the Directors' Retreat. Tomorrow's Leaders is the association's annual three-day workshop for young professionals in parks and recreation.  The Directors’ Retreat is a relaxed, relationship-focused leadership experience designed specifically for director-level leaders.

In addition, the Professional Development Committee explores other opportunities to provide learning programs or events which help further the education of park and recreation professionals in Kansas.
