Branding from the Inside Out Workshop

Join us for a full-day workshop designed to help parks and recreation professionals bring clarity to their brand. Led by branding expert Jessie Scheunemann, co-owner of Campfire Concepts, this workshop will dive deep into the essentials of branding and marketing. Jessie has over 20 years of experience in design, working with high-profile clients like John Deere and Lume Deodorant, as well as parks and recreation providers. Her focus is on helping organizations strengthen their visual identity and build a cohesive brand strategy.

10:30-11:15 AM – Brand Equity

- Learn how a strong foundation and clear mission, vision, and values elevate your brand.

- Dive into brand equity elements: brand experience, awareness, loyalty, association, perceived value, and preference.

11:15-12:00 PM – Brand Value

- How to measure the value of your brand through feedback from users, stakeholders, and staff.

- Learn how a solid marketing and communication plan propels your brand's promotion.

12:00-12:45 PM – Lunch

12:45-1:15 PM – Economic Impact Calculator

- Learn how to quantify your brand’s impact on your community and stakeholders.

1:15-2:15 PM – Personal Branding Review

- Participants will engage in small group sessions to review and discuss their branding strategies with fellow professionals.

2:15-3:00 PM – Value Messaging

- Develop clear and compelling messaging that communicates your brand's value.
