It’s time to celebrate everything that Parks and Recreation professionals do for communities across Kansas! We’ll be recognizing their impact throughout Parks and Recreation Month in July—with special celebrations on July 18th for National Parks and Recreation Professionals Day, and on July 26th for Parks and Recreation Day at the K.

It’s time to come together and celebrate everything we love about Parks and Recreation! On Saturday, July 26, KRPA invites you, your team, and your community to join us at Kauffman Stadium as the Royals take on the Cleveland Guardians at 6:15 p.m.

This event is more than just a fun night at the ballpark—it’s a chance to highlight the impact of parks and recreation across Kansas. We encourage all attendees to wear their league or community shirts to proudly represent their local programs and show off the strength of our parks and rec family!
