The aquatic session is running a full scale emergency action plan for the SHARP workshop.  This will include fire department response, employee debriefing, media response, and critical incident stress.  We will work with Merriam on the pool arrangements.

We will have the fire department come in as they would for a serious incident in the pool area.

Goal of the activity:

-Transfer of care from guards to EMS

-What can we do as Aquatics supervisors to help our staff through an incident

-What can we do as Aquatics supervisors to help ourselves after an incident
