Individual reservations can be made by calling the Hotel directly at 316.425.7900 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
For individuals to receive the established group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the KRPA Room Block when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the Group’s cut-off date and guaranteed with a credit card. Individual reservations must be cancelled prior 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of one-night room and tax.
