Understanding The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is a federal labor law of general and nationwide application, including overtime, minimum wages, child labor protections, and the equal pay act. In this presentation you will learn about FLSA classifications and wages, overtime, minimums for salaried employees, seasonal employees and more.  We are looking forward to a great discussion so come with all your questions.
