This award honors a recreation professional whose work goes beyond general programming—someone who is making a measurable, lasting impact on the YOUTH in their community. Nominees should demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to shaping positive experiences and opportunities for young people through parks and recreation.
